Our Short History


As the owner and head chef with more than 20 years experience specialized in Thai & Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Thang also travelled extensively throughout Thailand & Vietnam - he discovered, unlocked the intimacy between freshness and flavourful, traditional and modernity east and west, and thus the history of Fresh Rolls was born. Since April 2007, Fresh Rolls has been grateful to share our distinct style of Thai & Vietnamese Fusion Cuisine with the Greater Toronto Area. 

Our  fusion menu is a collection of masterful dishes produce by Chef Thang and elite chefs. From our savory Thai Coconut Soup or Mango Salad to mouth - washing Pad Thai, curry dishes, we are also famous for our great selections of Vietnamese Grill which are marinated 12 hours, then char - grilled over an open flame and much more.
